Hiring process

Selection / Screening 
Human Resources reviews your resume/CV, and if it is determined that your profile and competencies match the basic minimum requirements of the job, then your resume is forwarded to the hiring manager for review. The hiring manager selects the candidates for phone interviews. There are often two rounds of phone screens; one general and one technical.

Interviews 
If we are both interested in moving forward after the phone screens, then you will be invited for an in-person interview. The interview team includes HR, the hiring manager and one or more employees from the department. We then conduct 2nd round interviews on short-listed candidates.

Personality Assessment - (PI - Predictive Index)
You will be asked to take a personality assessment during the final stages of the hiring process.

The offer 
If you are selected, HR will contact you to discuss the offer. Once you verbally accept the offer, we send the formal offer packet which includes the offer letter, background check authorization form, drug test lab forms and benefits information. All offers are contingent upon passing the background check and drug test.
