Job Responsibilities

As a Supplier Operations Manager, you will, in close cooperation with procurement specialist, lead supplier relationships to drive logistic optimizations, engage in capacity management discussions, and ensure delivery accountability.

You will collaborate with category management in negotiations and strategy development, while also leading local supplier key initiatives. Keeping Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in mind in all aspects of your work.

Additionally, you can look forward to: 

  • Negotiating and finalizing Logistic Service Level Agreements (SLA) with selected suppliers.
  • Facilitating supplier workshops to enhance performance.
  • Lead in escalations, quality and delivery issues.
  • Re-sourcing activities.
  • Risk assessment & mitigation (e.g. dual sourcing activities).
  • Drive local category activities. 


In this important role, you will bring together stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and synergy across the organization.

Background & Skills

To succeed in this role, you should either hold a M.Sc. or B.Sc. within Supply Chain Management complemented by a few years of solid hands-on experience in procurement or supply chain management or possess solid experience in the field. Experience in Electromechanical, Electronics, and EMS categories is highly desirable.

In addition to these qualities, we require:

  • SAP experience
  • Qualified MS Office skills specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. 
  • Proficiency in Danish will be a plus.
