At Burner Components within Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment, we consistently experience high order intake and aspire to develop our business further. Therefore, we are seeking a Production Engineer to join our Production, Development & Project department within the Supply Chain.

This department consist of highly dedicated and skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, flexibility, a positive work environment, and embrace diversity.

Your contribution is important in sustaining and advancing our growth journey while developing and improve our KPIs, with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This involves implementing of new production technologies and adopting a "work smarter" approach to ensure continuous improvements.
 

Job Responsibilities

Your primarily responsibility will be to contribute to improving, upgrading and/or automating various production processes to achieve higher output, better quality, and reduced costs in daily operations.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-level production operations and contributing to the development of our technological setup/structure by collaborating with cross-functional teams. This will involve utilizing Quality Core Tools and DPP (Danfoss Productivity Program)

When you participate in projects, you will be the operational representative effecting process changes and take charge of problem-solving throughout the implementation until the final production, in collaboration with the Engineering team.

In addition to this, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting RCPS (Root Cause Problem Solving) analysis and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Conducting data analysis, including capability studies, to support debugging efforts and generate insightful reports.
  • Maintaining relevant production documentation, such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Background & Skills

There are many ways into this role for the right candidate. Whether you are an experienced technician or an engineer by education, we value some years of experience in a similar role. 

To be successful it is important that you are experienced or a natural flair for working with technical equipment and a keen interest in further developing your knowledge and skills. 

Familiarity with SAP, Lean methods, six sigma, and IATF16949 where you have been working with Process flows, PFMEAs, and control plans is an advantage.

You must be fluent in English, both in writing and verbally. Danish will be an advantage.
