Central position in essential projects The Danfoss Postgraduate Programme is a 2-year programme, where you will play a vital part in 4-6 different projects, each of 4-6 months duration. The first project will be ready and waiting for you from day one. You select the following projects together with your learning coach, based on your profile and learning needs. In each project, the project owner provides coaching and guidance on a daily basis. At least two of your projects must be completed outside your home country. From Postgraduate to permanent position After you have been accepted, you and your learning coach will begin the process of defining your learning objectives for the next two years. The learning objectives function as coordinates that decide what projects you will work on an what events you will take part in. During your time as a Postgraduate, we will use your learning objectives when assessing your progress. Having been introduced to both company and programme, it's time to take off. You will soon build a valuable network of skilled colleagues and fellow postgraduates and buddies. Before graduating and taking on new challenges as a permanent Danfoss employee you and your learning coach will present your 2-year journey for the Danfoss management team.
