As a new participant in the Danfoss Postgraduate Programme, you already stand on the shoulders of giants. You won't be stashed away, but an active part of four to six business-critical projects, of which at least 2 will be outside your home country. Danfoss is doing business all over the world and you will likely get on-the-job-training in Denmark, China, India, Russia, Mexico, the US or Poland. To help you through, you'll team up with a learning coach who will function as both your personal manager and mentor - and take active part in your talent development.
