Job Description
Purpose of Job
Supports deployment and execution of the continuous improvement process and designs and executes all infrastructure to support industrial engineering improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Responsible for the training program.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Kaizen
- Coach and Leader of Kaizen and Kaizen Blitz
5S
- Support 5S program to generate (5S Audit calendar, share scores by areas and follow up close action)
Hirings
- Conduct the New hiring CI trainings
Industrial Eng. Analysis
- Balancing operations
- Update Flex Manning information about run times, operator and shifts
Visual Factory
- In charge of maintaining all plant visuals in good shape (boards, banners, charts), design and develop in-house
Compliance
- Ensure activities are in compliance with the QMS and quality policy and also aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business context
Lean
- Coach Lean Tools
Training Program
- Ensure training for all plant personnel
