Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Payroll Specialist who is ready to take on new opportunities. The Payroll Specialist will look into Local payroll management, including data maintaince, calculation and payout of salary and other employee related payments. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide relevant reports and informations to employees and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • To prepare and to submit monthly data for upload payroll system
  • To run payroll calculation steps one time and free errors
  • To check the payroll output values according defined criteria
  • To extract and submit payroll outputs (provisions, statements, salary statements, bank files, mandatory accounting reports) for responsible areas.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.   

  • A bachelor’s degree in Administration
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll in a manufacturing company
  • English advanced
  • Excel advanced
  • Knowledge in payroll, ISR, IMSS, benefits, LFT, Infonavit
