Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Manage stock control of semi-finished and finished goods.
Release planned orders and follow up on daily production output.
Conduct Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) analysis and schedule production in SAP.
Maintain production master data and level production load to ensure efficiency.
Maintain production orders and related inventory movement corrections.
Establish and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Control and monitor stock for global sales and ensure product availability.
Confirm and deliver sales orders in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with fulfillment and outbound logistics teams to meet customer demands.
Manage data quality in SAP and ensure accurate order management and delivery processes.
Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers to achieve maximum satisfaction.
Handle customer requests through e-commerce platforms and emails.
Create orders in SAP and coordinate deliveries with the sales team.
Communicate regularly with the sales and fulfillment teams to enhance delivery and stock performance.
Identify, investigate, and resolve logistic issues and customer complaints.
Ensure timely responses and quality resolutions to customer inquiries.
Maintain a proactive dialogue with customers to understand and anticipate their needs.
Global Communication:
Ensure colleagues and stakeholders are kept informed and updated with necessary information.
Maintain strong communication across all departments, including Customer Service, Commercial, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.
Tools and Processes Used:
SAP: ERP system for production planning and order management.
Anaplan: Platform for business planning and performance management.
Outlook/Microsoft Teams: For internal and external communication.
Excel, BW, SharePoint: For planning, monitoring, and data management.
Intranet: For internal document control and information sharing.
Required Competencies:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan and execute long-term production strategies.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with all stakeholders.
Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS): Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Initiative: Proactively address issues and take ownership of tasks.
Background & Skills:
APICS certification, optional
Experience with SAP, optional
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to write basic formulas.
Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of situations with limited standardization.
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments and maintain contact with key stakeholders.
