Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Purchasing process and Inventory Controlling (planning and replenishment set-up) for the Cooling LAM Region Countries
  • Working with National and Foreign Supplier
  • Ensuring that we always have the right goods in inventory and continuously feed it up, by focusing on getting rid of slow and no movers
  • Establishing and following inventory, network and replenishment policies and have distribution tactics per customer cluster
  • Participate frequently at Business Presentations with internal stakeholders at Manager or Director level
  • Business cases with Financial scenarios
  • Stock Budget results Inventory development, Days of inventory, Slow Movers & Obsolete and follow up of all KPI´s
Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Relevant educational background at Bachelor level, preferably of LRI, IMA, or similar
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics and engineering
  • SAP knowledge (qualified user level on MM, and SD Module)
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Have good communication skill in English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge on MS Office – Power BI
  • Knowledge on SharePoint tool is a differential
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Effectively communicate with internal customers and suppliers
  • Analytical, disciplined and self-motivated.
