Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Configure, test, and support Microsoft 365 environment Microsoft Exchange Services (on-prem/online) and ensure continued support and renewal of On-Premises installations.
- 3rd level support for IT support organization
- Ensure that business gets the most out of IT services
- Plan and evaluate existing Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring maximized availability and securing provided feature sets
- Development of relevant technical standards and interface applications
- Monitor system performance and resolve problems
- Contribute research to the development, review and presentation of product capability, best practices, proposals, implementation and support services, project planning, and risk mitigation
- Ensuring safe migration and integration in mergers and acquisitions.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- 8 years experience with LogicApps, PowerApps, or PowerShell for automation; managing a Microsoft 365 setup, including data flow, rules and policies within Microsoft 365; and implementation, administration and troubleshooting with Azure/Microsoft 365
- 7 years experience with implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange and active directory services in hybrid environment (On-premise/Online)
- 5 years experience managing one or several components of Microsoft Information Protection; managing DLP, Retention, Analytics, Audit logs; and with Alerts and Threat Management in Azure/Microsoft 365
- Permanent U.S. work authorization
