Summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions in North America is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Communications Manager– a person who is ready to drive and own regional omni-channel marketing communications strategies to meet our ambitious business goals by awareness, loyalty, ROI, or retention metrics. 

You will lead a high-energy team that pushes the envelope every day to deliver better customer experiences and critical content. 

Location: Baltimore area preferred; remote work also considered

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

•    Develop strategic marketing communications plans with strong focus on budgeting, setting targets and drive execution to plans
•    Secure world-class communication highly dependent on target group, translating market challenges and needs into marketing solutions
•    Lead regional marketing communications team and develop team members to perform to the maximum of capabilities
•    Ensure optimal cooperation with regional sales leadership team and segment marketing functions to synchronize and prioritize activities
•    Oversee internal communication activities for the segment that includes case studies, news articles, and townhall meetings 
•    Seek out and manage outsourcing partners as needed for conceptualization, production and execution
•    Domestic and international travel approximately 10% of time

Background & Skills

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s in Marketing, Master’s Degree preferred or degree with relevant work experience
•    5+ years of hands-on experience in B-to-B marketing with strong insight into multiple digital and traditional marketing communications tools and channels, as well as having a proven-track record with product launches, events, and campaigns 
•    Industry experience in climate solutions, HVAC preferred
•    Strong communication skills 
•    Proven leadership and project management skills
•    Organized and self-driven with a strong aptitude for technical marketing and an analytical mindset  
•    Energetic team player who can foster positive working relationships with regional, segment and global colleagues
