Job Description

This is position dealing with the functional safety topics during the whole product life cycle.

Job Responsibilities

•Evaluation and suggestion on functional safety development of frequency converter

•Review, produce and collect necessary documents (like SRS, safety plan and etc.), perform necessary calculation (like FMEDA and etc.) for functional safety certification

•Support project management, design team and production team to implement the process required by the functional safety standards

•Make functional safety V&V plan, and closely monitor the FS V&V progress

•First mass production line qualification

•Communicate with authority and ensure an efficient certificate application process

•Maintenance of the existing FS certificates, ensure certificate still valid on production

•Communicate with the counter-part of functional safety in Denmark to get an alignment on functional safety knowledge between Denmark and China

•Functional safety training to other functional team

Background & Skills

•A degree equal to or higher than bachelor in electrical related major

•Knowledge in functional safety standards like IEC61508, IEC62061, ISO13849 and etc., knowledge in IEC61800-5-2 is a plus

•Experience in functional safety certificate application, experience in SIL2+ product is a plus

•Knowledge and experience in frequency converter design and/or application is a strong plus

•Capable of working independently and in team, cooperating with specialists in other fields

•Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented

•Good communication skills both in writing and speaking, English and Chinese
