Job Description
We are currently searching for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to support two of our dynamically growing businesses in the Industrial division.
We take the term “Business Partner” seriously, meaning you will have a real impact on the overall performance of our business and be part of a truly global, diverse and motivated leadership team.
The preferred location is Budapest. Other locations in Europe can be considered.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on organizational capability and organizational design, talent management, employee engagement and leadership development. You will act as a sparring partner for Business Unit managers to support the ongoing organizational development and help us scale the business. You will develop, coach and support our leaders in the division and implement the key leadership processes around performance and talent, foster a strong collaboration across the unit itself and participate in cross-organizational projects with a team of other HR Business Partners across the globe.
Background & Skills
To be successful in this role you have HR Business Partnering experience within a global, highly matrix and industrial environment. You are a proactive, out-of-the-box thinking person with the will to challenge and question the status quo.
Additionally, we would like to see:
- Good understanding of organizational development and change management
- Experience with leading transformation processes and managing resistance
- Proficient interpersonal, coaching and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures
- Hands-on mentality while acting as an internal consultant to the business leaders
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to work with numbers
- Achieving success and winning through and with others is your chosen approach. You bring a “can-do-attitude” with experience in influencing and leading through various stakeholders in a global, highly matrixed and industrial environment
