Danfoss has a great opportunity for a self-motivated, results-oriented office coordinator to join our team based at the Cambridge Innovation Center. We are looking for a highly-organized, resourceful, strong-communicator with high EQ.

You will be part of the Danfoss Innovation Accelerator responsible for introducing advanced technology and business solutions to our core businesses. This role requires versatility and is equal parts project coordinator, event planner, and office manager. This position requires regular coordination with colleagues in other offices including those in Denmark, Germany, Minneapolis, and Ames, Iowa.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead event planning and project coordination
  • Maintain short lines of communication and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with HR and talent acquisition teams to recruit from local universities
  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Contribute to innovation projects
Background & Skills
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Exceptional organizational skills and resourcefulness
  • Excellent spoken and formal writing skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Able to prioritize conflicting needs
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and Planner is a plus
  • Proven experience as office coordinator, executive assistant, administrative assistant, and/or project manager
