Danfoss Innovation Accelerator (DIA) in Cambridge, MA is searching for a Climate Solutions Innovation Leader to be collocated at our office. The role will fuel the future of Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS) segment by commercializing new solutions, and implementing new talent sources and entrepreneurial processes established by the DIA.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Assemble and lead high-performing innovation team in Cambridge, MA to advance opportunities for DCS
  • Develop and maintain an external portfolio of technology, partnership, and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with DCS leadership to prioritize and launch commercialization projects for new solutions
  • Lead strategy formation and project management to incubate and scale regional businesses opportunities
  • Engage and develop DIA talent channels for DCS needs
  • Provide strategic guidance to broader DIA team and provide best practices in DCS value-creation
  • Represent DCS in local community in collaboration with the segment communications and talent acquisition teams

  • 10 years of relevant DCS experience including engineering, manufacturing, sales, fulfillment
  • Fluent in evaluating financial models and returns
  • Executive-level experience as an influencer and decision-maker
  • Champion of DCS global growth strategy
