Facility Technician

Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Facility Technician to follow the factories in Italy (Reggio Emilia, Castel S. Pietro Terme, Salvirola, Postall) maintaining relations with the business and making sure that all maintenance and management activities of the plants are carried out in compliance with the law. in force and supporting the vision and mission of the company.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Management and coordination of external suppliers in the execution of management and maintenance services;
• Planning, processing and control of building improvement projects;
• Elaboration and management of service contracts;
• Monitoring of energy consumption;
• Coordination and implementation of energy efficiency interventions;
• Application of Danfoss standard operating procedures in daily work

Background & Skills

• Proactivity and multitasking skills, organizational and problem solving skills and a proven commitment to customer service;

• Experience in facility management in companies with productive activities;

• Knowledge of the management of heating and cooling systems;

• Knowledge of construction site management;

• Availability for travel and transfers throughout the national territory;

• Fluent English and Italian spoken and written.
