Do you want to digitalise the sales of a global enterprise? Can you manage our product portfolio within e-commerce in close cooperation with skilled colleagues from regional sales and global IT?
We are industry leaders within sustainable HVACR products, and you will be driving the change towards making our online sales as modern as our products.

Job Responsibilities

Joining the Digital Sales & E-commerce team, you will gain 8 new colleagues. However, your contact surface will be wide, supporting a sales organisation of more than 2,000 employees, advocating the e-commerce agenda within a global enterprise.


A key aspect of your new role is to ensure that our products are available online within the right channels, and that these channels are fully functional. You will be governing e-commerce within EDI, LCI and various other portals as well as our web shop, in cooperation with regional sales and Group IT.


Additionally, you will: 

  • You will take on the responsibility of digitalising our sales
  • Become a key part of developing our digital sales strategy
  • Analyse traffic and searches to base your change management upon
  • Implement quotation tools, including mapping of the desired quote journey
  • Act as an e-commerce super user
  • Take charge of communication and progress on upcoming activities
     

Background & Skills

Your ability to tackle changing demands in a field where technology is constantly evolving is one of your most important qualities. Furthermore, you are able to explain quality demands and specific e-commerce knowledge to various stakeholders, always with a specific focus on managing expectations.
And of course, you know how to build professional relationships within an organisation, continuously striving to be proactive, humble, and punctual.


Additionally, you bring:

  • Profound customer knowledge to design the website and create sales
  • 5+ years of experience working with e-commerce in a large organisation
  • Knowledge of SAP, Celum and Kofax
  • Experience with agile workflows 
  • Knowledge of traditional e-commerce channels
