HR Technology & Services Intern

Job Description
You will be working in the HR Technology & Services Center Of Excellece within group HR to support the analysis, planning and execution of strategic HR system implementation projects and enhancements throughout Danfoss. Within the COE, you will also have the opportunity to work with People Analytics & Data Managment experts, as well as support the global team responsible for HR process support services.
Job Responsibilities
- Support HR system implementations and enhancements globally, in alignment with Global IT
- Analyze new HR system demand, change and enhancement requests
- Support implementation of releases and change requests for existing HR systems, in alignment with Global IT
- Validate that HR system implementations and enhancements are compliant with global data model and maintenance guidelines, as well as with data privacy regulations
- Create and update user manuals, training materials and other documentation to support the implementation and usage of new HR systems and tools
- Support the roll out of reporting capabilities for ongoing strategic projects
- Work closely with the HR Global Data Management team to ensure proper definitions are in place for all HR data elements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather specific business data required for central upload into the Global HR System of Record.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a University for a Bachelors or Masters Degree (Diploma, BA, etc.)
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
