Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Customer Service Representative for one year employment (September, 2021 to September, 2022) to support from our office in Denham. Can you provide our customers with the best service within the UK? Are you looking for an exciting and developing job with awesome colleagues? Do you have good communication skills and a thorough knowledge of SAP? Then you might be the perfect candidate for our vacant position as Customer Service Representative.

 

As Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in maximizing customer satisfaction through delivering industry leading service. You will be placed in an exciting role with varied responsibilities including customer service, first line technical support, and sales administration, along with the opportunity to work with other departments on projects allowing their skill sets to be expanded putting them in a strong position to further their careers.

Job Responsibilities

If you take the challenge as our new Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Own the customer channels, maintain availability and service customers within targets and to a high standard.
  • Ensure 100% of customer interactions are logged onto Service Cloud and progressed in line with relevant process.
  • Ensure all information provided to customers is accurate and considers any special requirements.
  • Work is performed to maintain high levels of accuracy across the department.

Background & Skills

Being the successful candidate for the position you will be having:

  • 3+ years of experience from working in a Customer Service or Sales Administration role
  • Knowledge of working with SAP, ideally in a sales and distribution context.
  • Outstanding numeracy and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent team player willing to work collaboratively to achieve team targets.

Your positive attitude has a strong impact and is infectious to the people you deal with, leaving a smile on the lips of both internal and external stakeholders. You have a “can-do” approach to acquiring new skills and are not afraid to ask questions. Finally, you are a team player who beliefs that pulling in the same direction is of benefit to the entire organization.
