Job Description
We have an immediate opportunity for a CNC Operator to join us at our diverse team in Easley, SC. Perform a wide range of duties related to operating the CNC- Computerized Numerical Control machines and secondary Machines and Quality Inspections as required.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- A demonstrated knowledge of good housekeeping and safety skills in their assigned cells.
- The demonstrated ability to check the tools correctly and identify which tools need to be replaced and also build up tools and measure.
- A working knowledge of blueprints and tolerances.
- A demonstrated ability to use the pre-setter.
- Assist the Team Coordinator/Lead with Set-ups.
- Meet the production requirements for their assigned cell.
- Perform all routine maintenance on the machines as required by TPM.
- A demonstrated ability to reset the tool life management correctly.
- A demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere.
- Advanced print reading to include geometric tolerances, finish callouts, and true positioning.
- A demonstrated ability to understand programs.

- Must have broad technical knowledge in machining of work.
- High School education or GED equivalency
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to work standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
- Must have good motor skills. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Must be able to read and write legibly.
- Must be able to work while wearing safety equipment.
- Machining background.
