Danfoss Drives is looking for an experienced Agile Coach who is passionate about anchoring the Agile mindset and improving Agile capabilities in our dynamic and highly-qualified team of frequency converter experts.

Job Responsibilities

Together with our devoted team, we expect you to set the standard for Agile practices and to help us foster a new culture as you coach your team to mature in Agile mindset & practices supporting them to on their path towards top performance.

 

Your primary job responsibilities include:

  • Act as an Agile champion in our organization and contribute to expand the understanding and practice of Agile principles and values
  • Guide/facilitate/encourage teams transitioning from a traditional development and project management culture to development through a complete Product life cycle
  • Supply our teams and leaders with the right knowledge, tools and training so they’ll be able to apply and use Agile to its full potential

Background & Skills

First and foremost, you are a people person who has solid experience and a good track record of coaching and working with teams and internal stakeholders creating a culture of continuous improvement. Moreover, you need to be an experienced and skilled servant leader with excellent communication skills, which allow you to drive change and influence your colleagues.

 

The ideal candidate has several years of experience with Agile practices working as a Scrum Master, Product Manager or Agile Coach conjoint with a solid background developing products consisting of either Hardware and/or Software. Moreover, you have professional Agile certifications. You can work with Agile at scale and have experience in an environment with multiple teams collaborating on the creation of the same product. Furthermore, hands-on experience with LeSS or similar scaled frameworks are considered an advantage.  

 

On a personal note, others probably describe you as a people-oriented individual, with a good sense of responsibility. You have a creative approach to new tasks and being a true collaborator, it feels natural for you to share knowledge.
