For some years already, we have moved towards agile product development practices – now we are in the next phase of our journey and on the lookout for experienced professional Scrum Masters (Senior level) for our product teams located in Gråsten.

Job Responsibilities

You are passionate about teams and can enable your team to commit and deliver. You are a true collaborator who will be working closely with the teams, Product Owners, other Scrum Masters, and be a member and contributor in relevant Communities of Practice. We expect you to set the standard for fully agile, and you will foster a culture of agility and coach your team to mature in agile mindset & practices and become high performing. Drawing on your substantial experience, you will be training the team in agile/Scrum methodology. This means, that  you need to be an experienced skilled servant leader with excellent communication skills. 

Background & Skills

You come with a solid background developing products consisting of both Hardware and Software and have several years of experience with Agile practices. You are competent in working with agile at scale and have experience in an environment with multiple teams collaborating on the same product. You will have professional certifications as a Scrum Master and experience with LeSS is seen as an advantage. You have substantial experience and a good track record of coaching and working with transformations.

 

As a person you are positive, forward looking, motivated in what you are doing, and a curious learner.
