Job Description

Currently, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Expert for our established plant in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Danfoss Poland seeks a self-driven person with a strong focus on delivering results, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time, capable of managing a small crossfunctional project teams of experts. Good sense of humour, self-assurance, and willingness to overcome barriers to achieve a win-win outcome is highly valued in this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate change management projects by using and implementing best practices and Lean Manufacturing tools
  • Consultant to Management to obtain tangible results in terms of optimizing productivity and securing an efficient supply chain
  • Supporting division in sustainable continuous improvements
  • Participating in defining as well as reviewing strategic and tactical plans on productivity improvement
  • Setting expectations, training, coaching, and providing feedback to a local organization

Background & Skills

  • at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Lean experience in a manufacturing environment is a must
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Polish
  • Ability to connect, coach and train people at all levels
  • High level of ambition, performance orientation and a track record of driving continuous improvement in a global industrial setting
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt certification would be an advantage
