You will be responsible for overlooking the master plan for cutover for an entire release. Furthermore, you will work together with the two other planners, and coordinate the work along the preparation and execution of the Cutover plan across the Release Project management team, different functional and cross-functional teams and involved competence centers. As a person, you have good communication skills across different levels of the matrix organization, e.g. towards Cutover SPOCs in the functional teams, to the planners and to the Release Cutover Lead. You have the flexibility to travel to Flensburg regularly, either to align with the team or to support the execution of specific milestones. You have the persistence to challenge constraints, to understand dependencies and deliver a high-quality work. You understand that a good project plan is the key to a successful implementation, and secure that the cutover plan is appreciated by all involved team members as the one source of truth. Additionally, you excel in a program environment and last, but not least, you are a good team player.
