HR Professional for global HR Service Center

You will be based at our office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, and you will be reporting to the Head of HR Services, EMEA who is based in Denmark. You will have HR colleagues around the office, but you must be ready for working virtually with the rest of our dream team that is located across EMEA.

Job Responsibilities
We are in the process of implementing a new HR delivery model in Danfoss. This means you will be joining a newly established HR Services organization with a strong pioneering spirit and an ambition to deliver state of the art HR services to our business.
You will be part of a Service Center team which is the first point of contact for HR requests so part of your job will be case handling in ServiceNow. Knowledge management, customer service, continuous improvement and a close collaboration with your team colleagues are important parts of this frontline role.
Another part of your job will be contract handling and offboarding administration. In this part of the job, you will both be supporting our Polish set-up but over time you could also be supporting other parts of EMEA. You will get a chance to be part of shaping our future way of handling HR admin in a shared services context.
We are a growing organisation which is continuously taking over more tasks. This means that there is plenty of opportunities to further grow your HR foundation. From your side having a flexible, curious, and open mindset will be a big advantage.
Background & Skills
We imagine that you
• hold a relevant bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or have equivalent work experience.
• have 2-3 years’ experience within HR and preferably from an international company and/or shared services context.
• have experience with HR admin – especially Polish contract management.
• have a global mindset and an appetite for exploring new ways of working.
• are a team player who will contribute to making our great team even better
• have initiative and drive
• strive for high quality and good customer service
• have a structured and disciplined mindset
• have excellent English skills
