Job Description

Currently, due to the intensive development and construction of a new plant in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, we are looking for Inbound Logistic Planner.
The ideal candidate is a structured and experienced professional with an operational mindset and a passion for logistics and supply chain management. We are looking for a result-oriented and innovative person to join our team who will help structure, develop, and optimize our processes.

Good sense of humor, self-possession, and willingness to overcome barriers in the win-win model is valued high in this position.

Job Responsibilities

•    Ordering raw materials and parts
•    Follow-up on deliveries
•    Managing supplier development and cooperation
•    Maintaining raw material and parts stock
•    Process development and optimization to secure best practice across functional areas and plants

Background & Skills

•    Bachelor’s degree within logistics/supply chain management
•    Excellent skills within communication, organizing, analyzing and negotiating
•    A proactive and innovative mindset as well as a personal drive
•    A structured and persistent way of working and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
•    Respect for- and understanding of the business' needs
•    Fluency in English both orally and written
•    Good IT skills in MS Office (Excel), experience with SAP R3 and Business Intelligence is an advantage
