Job Description
Danfoss is seeking a Process Deployment Lead to join our diverse team. You will be responsible for successful Process Deployment by ensuring that all milestones and deliverables according to the process scope are on time, within the expected quality and satisfaction levels.
Location: Europe (preferably Poland or Slovakia)
Job Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of indirect procurement process globally as Process deployment lead. Participation across releases
- Lead process-oriented discussions with different stakeholders
- Gaps identified in releases
- New processes
- Optimization of existing process
- Responsible for supplier catalogues implementation strategy for the Ariba solution
- Lead smaller projects in the area of indirect procurement
- Projects related to process implementation
- Automation
- Performance and KPIs
- Support in handling the issues that are being received from the operation procurement centers and are relevant to the purchasing process
Skills
• Knowledge of SAP and Ariba
• Strong English knowledge
• Stakeholder management
• Ability to work well in multicultural cross functional team
• Independent in leading tasks
• Experienced in dealing with cross company and cross functional tasks
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability in complex problems
Background & Experience
- Appropriate University degree in business or economics and 3+ years of process deployment related work experience
- Procurement, Finance and/or Supply Chain experience is a plus
- Procurement order management processes, P2O or P2P
- Purchasing solutions, preferably Ariba
- Experience in catalogues implementation in Ariba
- Experience in SAP
- Project management
