Job Description

 

Danfoss is looking for Solution Owner, Salesforce who can help us secure our Salesforce Platform by ensuring to proactively act on the security releases from Salesforce.  Job involves dealing with advanced administration like working with Health Check reports, Optimizer report, Event Monitoring, Connected Apps, Managed Packages, Integrations, Sandbox refreshes, user management, license management, Audit trail, APIs etc.

You will be part of CRM Enablement team and work closely with other CRM teams (Design and Delivery) to plan and execute activities related to Salesforce Platform. You will also work with teams outside CRM like IT Security, Integration and Access Management team.

 

As a Solution Owner you are required to review the Change Requests, analyze the impact and approve them. You will be part of Release Management team

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Managing users by ensuring to provide right access based on the job role. Requires analyzing and defining what is the right level of access based on the job role
  • Monitoring the Salesforce governor limits on various parameters and proactively work with Salesforce to increase those limits with proper justification
  • Responsible for Salesforce org’s health by monitoring the available tools like Health Check reports, Optimizer reports, Event monitoring etc.
  • Implementing and monitoring Backup, Restore and Archival solutions
  • Creating, planning, and executing Disaster Recovery Plans as per IT security standards
  • Implementing of automatic user provisioning, deprovisioning and access management integrations
  • Responsible for implementation of Just in Time Admin access solution
  • Being up to date with Salesforce releases, analyse and communicate to the rest of the CRM Organization including Product notifications, Security Releases, Feature retirements etc.
  • Evaluating and and setting up integrations
  • Planning, communicating, and executing the sandbox refresh steps including pre- and post refresh activities
  • Cooperating with Internal Auditor to provide needed documentation and ensure the learnings from the Audit is incorporated in the monthly internal audits and work on Action items for the Audit closure
  • Responsible for doing Proof of Concepts based on the Platform requirements and Salesforce releases
  • Refining and creating new processes for Operation and Solution excellence
  • Responsible for managing Sandboxes
  • Responsible for maturing the security and governance around Salesforce Platform

Background & Skills

 

Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, has strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Candidate needs to be a self-starter and eager to learn new technologies and can consider security implications in their designs. You are highly self-motivated and can work well both independently and within a team. You have excellent communication skills, can translate technical jargon into business-friendly language to communicate concepts and ideas (and vice versa), and are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Can do attitude is required even if the entire details are not known.

 

The ideal candidate possesses these technical skills:  

  • 8+ years of experience within CRM and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce

  • Experience in integrations with Web services, Callouts, SOAP API, REST API.

  • Experience with Change and Release Management and worked on CI/CD tools like Git, COPADO etc.

  • Experience working with defining and refining processes

  • Experience working with Advanced Administration concepts

  • Experience with user management and license management

  • Experience working with Agile

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Privacy Center 

  • Experience working with Event Monitoring
