If so, you might be a perfect fit for our new position as HR Service Center Manager for EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
You will be based at our office either in Grodzisk Mazowiecki or Tuchom in Poland or Budapest in Hungary.
We are in the process of implementing a new HR delivery model in Danfoss. This means you will be part of a newly established HR Services organization with a strong pioneering spirit and an ambition to deliver state of the art HR services to our business.
You will lead a team of 15 dedicated HR Professionals located across EMEA who deliver both tier 1 support, global process support and country support.
The team is well established, and we have all our basics in place. We are soon taking the next big steps on our shared services journey so your role will be to take the Service Center to the next level.
This will involve setting the strategic direction, manage task transitions, support implementation of new processes and drive streamlining. You will also focus on the continuous development and engagement of our fantastic team and ensure that our set-up is ready for scale. You will operate both in the helicopter perspective setting the overall direction for the Service Center as well as having an eye on the detail and quality in our deliveries. The key success criteria are to contribute to making HR Services an attractive place to work and to help establish HR Services as a value-adding, trustworthy, and quality driven part of HR.
You will join a great team that is driven by a shared passion for making our new shared services set-up a success and you will report to the Head of HR Services EMEA who is based in Denmark.
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, develop and motivate the team of HR Professionals
- Be a part of the HR Services EMEA leadership team and contribute to shaping both the strategic and operational direction.
- Monitor and follow-up on deliveries and KPIs and initiate continuous improvement activities.
- Manage the transfer of new tasks and processes into HR Services
- Resource management and back-up planning
- Ensure maintenance and improvement of the EMEA knowledge article library to support efficient self-service
- Ensure close and smoothly running stakeholder relationships as well as solid performance management reporting routines and tools.
Background & Skills
We imagine that you hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a related field or that you have equivalent work experience.
HR shared services is your home turf, and you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a people leader in an international organization. You know how to build and grow an organization and how to make your team follow. You know how to run projects and have experience with process streamlining, ticket systems and digitalization.
