Job Responsibilities
1. 评估和识别园区活动的EHS风险，包括新产品，设备，流程和设施及其变化，安排所需的环境影响报告，工作安全分析，安全评估报告，职业健康评估，火灾审查等；
2. 根据风险、PPE规划、特殊岗位需求、特殊设备流程等制定EHS行动计划，例如分包商现场工作，确保工作安全相关要求；管理特殊工作许可过程，如热加工、高空作业、密闭空间作业等；
3. 管理公共卫生，监督危险废物、工业用水、民用排水排气、工厂噪音等管理流程，支持节能项目；
4. 组织员工OH体检，建立员工OH档案，为员工进出体检提供支持HR；
5. 定期进行EHS检查，准备检查报告并跟进实施情况，同时支持来自地方当局、企业、客户和其他第三方审核的EHS调查，提供相关EHS统计数据和报告如年度环境报告、CER、火灾管理等；
6. 参与ISO14001&45001、ISO 9001等管理体系的维护和推广，维护系统门户和网站，跟进内部审计、管理评审和外部审计;
7. 对内对外咨询：为内部员工及管理层、外部权威机构、客户、供应商等提供EHS相关咨询服务；
8. 支持园区其他EHS任务，参与其他园区的EHS项目；
Background & Skills
1. 工程技术、安全、消防管理、环境管理、质量管理等相关专业本科学历；
2. 5年以上机械行业EHS相关经验者优先，熟悉EHS法律，指南，方法和流程；
3. 通过ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS 18000内审员认证者优先，具有ISO体系背景和质量管理及改进思维定势；
4. 积极主动，具有较强的沟通能力；
5. 熟练掌握微软办公技能，良好的英语读写能力，口语熟练者优先。
