Job Responsibilities
岗位职责：
1、参与产品开发前的模具结构和出工程图、机械结构评估等
2、完善模具管理流程等
3、负责工厂模具的维修,确保生产计划正常实施，制定并实施模具保养内容及计划
4、制定相关备件需求并优化库存
5、培训指导现场维修人员持续提高维修技能
Background & Skills
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，制造企业5年以上模具维护经验
2、有不锈钢模具相关经验,动手能力强
3、团队合作交流能力,有技术革新和发展能力,良好表达能力
4、成本控制和精益生产知识
5、熟练使用CAD、UG、PROE等设计软件
