Job Description

Ensure a competitive production that meets customers needs

Contribute to operation excellence by hydraulic pump/motor assembly & test processes development and optimization

Job Responsibilities

Process development:

1.Responsible for new production line(assembly & test process) localization implementation - new piston pump/motor products localization projects planning and management.

2.Responsible for process development, including engineering change and new option release. Mainly focus on new process flow design and documents creation (Process Map, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions)

3.Setup and maintain process specification (SAP routings & BOM)

Process control:

1.Responsible for assembly/test process capability and capacity analysis, including problem solving, FPY monitoring and process reliability improvement.

2.Develop new Poka-Yoke method to improve the quality control of assembly lines.

3.Responsible for the key assembly/test process characteristics global regular review and POKA-YOKE alignment, especially for customer complaints.

4.Manage the process changes of both the assembly process and testing process.

Continuous Improvement:

1. Responsible for continuous improvement and maintenance for assembly and testing processes, look for waste elimination and process optimization

2. Improve safety and ergonomic to disclose and minimize potential safety risk.

3. Improve quality to reduce assembly scrap, and participate in 8D analysis and actively participate in implementation of corrective actions

4. Improve production related Cost, VC and OVC cost down activities

5. Improve productivity- and work time study focus on lay out, flow, cycle time and OEE

Technical support:

1. Equipment support - MES system data management with IT and PLC engineer support, tools management, spare parts ordering and preventive maintenance planning)

2. Cooperation with suppliers regarding technical issues (tools, parts and POKA-YOKE devices)

Background & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree (Engineering); more than 5 years' related work experience.

2. With the experience of developing assembly process of product line is high recommended.

3. Fluent Written English.

4. A good team worker.
