Job Description

本职位负责静液压产品生产线（柱塞泵/马达）装配和测试工艺的开发和管理，以保证产品的生产质量和效率。

Job Responsibilities

1. 负责柱塞泵/马达生产测试台不合格产品问题的技术分析及解决，以及主导基于此的工艺过程的优化设计。
2. 负责柱塞泵/马达新选项的国内物料延申，主导其生产工艺的设计开发及过程能力研究验证。
3. 在国外测试专家的支持下，按照项目开发流程，主导国内测试台液压元件测试工艺的安全质量改善项目，以及新测试台项目的设计开发。
4. 协助设备部门完成液压测试台的维护保养计划，以及负责测试台设备故障问题的技术分析及解决。

Background & Skills

1. 机械专业本科以上，传统液压专业毕业优先考虑。
2. 1~3年液压行业工作经验，具有液压元件测试工作经验优先考虑。
3. 熟悉常规液压元件（柱塞泵/马达/阀）的测试原理及测试方法。
4. 具有一定的液压测试系统故障分析的经验，对常规液压元件测试台有一定的了解。
5. 对西门子PLC，MES系统有一定的了解。
6. 具备较强的沟通能力及逻辑思考能力。
