Job Description

Ensure a competitive production that meets customers needs,contribute to operation excellence by process development and optimization:
Secure good quality and on time delivery of hydraulic product to customers. 
Ensure high quality in technical solutions and projects, ensure robust and stable machines and processes according to specifications. 
Continues improvement on Safety, Quality (scrap), productivity, OEE and cost. 
Drive Localization project to meet the target for on time realization. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Process development: Responsible for process development. New products implementation - participate in and build up assembly line under new product projects. CAPEX - run equipment investment projects (planning and management). Responsible for developing process documents, including Process Map, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions and SOPs). Setup and maintain process specification (SAP routings & BOM).
2. Process control: Responsible for process capability and capacity analysis and process problem solving, maintain process reliability. Develop Poka-Yoke to improve process quality and control. Develop and optimize WIs and SOPs for each product, and offer training to operators. Participate in and manage Change Control projects.Leading or participating in process standardization for Quality and Safety. 
3. Continuous Improvement: Responsible for continuous improvement and maintenance for processes, look for waste elimination and process optimization. Improve safety and ergonomy to disclose and minimize potential safety risk. Improve quality to reduce scrap, and participate in 8D analysis and actively participate in implementation of corrective actions. Improve production related Cost, VC and OVC cost down activities. Improve productivity- and work time study focus on lay out, flow, cycle time and OEE. Leading or participating in various production related projects (according to Project milestones).
4. Technical support: Equipment support - consulting or participating in IT support, tools management, spare parts ordering and preventive maintenance planning). Cooperation with suppliers regarding technical issues (tools, parts and machines). Lead and drive Localization project to meet the target for on time realization. 

Background & Skills

1. Bachelor or above in Engineering Mechanical & Hydraulic related background.
2. Min. 3 years working experience in related area of manufacturing plant with hydraulic experiences, especially on assembly line and testing line setup.
3. Excellent problem solving skills and root cause analysis.
4. Good written and spoken English.
5. High sense of urgency and strong ownership, be pro-active and work independently.
6. Quick learner, Open mind and good communication.
7. Hydraulic products (pump, valve, electrified hydraulic module, hydraulic element and component, etc.) knowledge is needed, mechanical & electrical work background is preferrable.
