Job Description
1. Responsible for D1P machining area machines to secure smooth production & achieve related KPIs;
2. Participate in relevant projects to improve machining process continuous improvement;
3. Quick response and on time finish other tasks assigned by ME Manager and Operation Director;
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Participate in related projects implementation, including machine installation, PPAP release, documentation preparation, etc.
- Responsible for D1P machining area process design and develop, key machines include common machining, washing, grinding, deburring, etc.
- Based on quality systerm to define and finish the machining process documents, including Process map//FMEA/CP/SOP, sheets etc.
- Manage the cutting tools, jigs & fixtures, and cooperate with maintenance team for spare parts management
- Able to design machining programs with optimized machining processes (e.g. turn, mill, drill, grind, honing, reaming holes, tapping, etc.) both for FANUC or Siemens PLC control
- Continuously improve the D1P machining process focus on SQDC
- Responsible for D1P machining capability and capacity analysis
- Lead in and manage key process upgrade project
- Quick response and solve the daily production issues
- Support the Customer Complain analysis and implementing the machining process related solutions
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- B.sc or M.sc in Mechnical Engineering related
- Experienced in cutting tools, program, machining process, spares and continuous improvements
- Familiar with machining machines such as drilling, milling, turning, grinding, honing, reaming, tapping and knowhow of heattreat process and meterials knowledge
- Familiar with common used 3D software and machining program software, e.g. UG, Pro/E, Solidworks
- Familiar with common machining or CNC brand e.g. DMG, Makino, Mori-Seiki, MAG, MAZAK, etc.also know high pressure & ultrasonic washing, robot washing processes
- Experience in cross-functional communication and collaboration
