Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work in “people business” and will be the “Recruitment Champion”. This role will be based in Hai Yan, and you will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Shanghai.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you can make an impact and help recruit, develop, and retain great colleagues within our global workplace. Your responsibility will mainly focus on blue-collar requisitions recruitment. At the same time, you will spend part of your time recruiting white collar positions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operation Excellence: fulfill blue collar & white-collar positions effectively and efficiently. Achieve the recruitment KPI including sourcing, screening, interview, offering etc.
  • Build up the efficient recruitment channel and candidate pool.
  • Build up the strategic partnership with the business.
  • Lead the other related projects as signed.

Background & Skills

  • Bachelor ‘s Degree with more than 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Strong problem solving and solution expertise.
  • Great time management skills and getting the priorities right.
  • English Communication skills are workable.
