Job Description

Danfoss District Heating is looking for a Vertical Sales Manager, who can support our Finnish B2B customers with technical advice, product support, component preparation and solution quotations for heating applications. As Vertical Sales Manager, you will be meeting customers at regular basis, closing project sales, finding new opportunities, growing opportunity pipeline and creating profitable growth for Danfoss.

 

In this position, you can be based flexibly within Finland and you must be able to travel approx. 4 days per week.

 

Background and skills
For this position, your educational background is within engineering at a bachelor or master level combined with min. 2-3 years’ experience in developing or implementing of Optimization Software solutions. Furthermore, you have:

 

  • Experience of working for a company or system with ISO 50001 (Energy management).
  • Deep understanding of different communication protocols and solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of requirements for District Heating applications.
  • Project sales experience. 
  • Solid IT skills (MS Office, Salesforce).
  • Understanding of the importance of long-term customer development.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently. Ability to speak and write Swedish fluently is an advantage.
