Job Description
This position is responsible for leading the execution and deployment of the defined Strategic Quality Plan, providing total Quality Leadership to customers, suppliers, partners and internal manufacturing cells, leading continuous improvement activities, and managing the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
1.Act as interface between Plant and all stakeholders to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing, and give guidance and in cooperation with factory leaders ensure that we are producing sustainable products, proactively meet the quality obligations towards customers and regulators globally, address risks, and achieve objectives through efficient processes
2.Lead as management respective to cooperate with factory leaders to ensure the required skills and competencies of the factory Quality team and if required support development of relevant competences.
3.Develop and maintain Quality governance models, tools and processes that enable both Quality specialists and operational staff to operate efficient and make the right decisions.
4.Working with Procument function in developing policies, processes and procedures to manage Supplier Quality
5.Lead the internal / external Quality System Audit processes and drive continuous improvement.
6.As a member of the component plant leadership team, you provide ideas and take on challenges across the business that serve the common goal to increase profitable growth.
7.Taking on the overall responsibility and accountability for the total Quality performance of the business and provide guidance and communicate a clear direction across the organization.
Background & Skills
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Engineering or related
2.+ 5 years of experience in Quality Management
3.+3 years of leadership experience within Quality Management in a manager role
4. Working background in multi-cultural company
