Job Description

Danfoss is looking for Business Process Support staff to substitute the Heating Heat Exchangers (HHE) OneERP team members and support Danfoss in its digital transformation. The five positions are within the functional areas: Sales & Order Handling, Production Planning & Service Management, Procurement & Material Call-off, as well as Quality & Claims.

They are temporary positions with a duration from January 2021 to May 2022.

Job Responsibilities

As a Business Supporter, you will be thoroughly trained by the current employee(s) responsible for the specific business function and processes. You will then work closely with other colleagues within the specific area, during the time where the current employee whom you are replacing is involved in the One ERP implementation project. You will play a key role in continuing seamless support to our customers and colleagues to run the business.

The location of the position is Kolding where the HQ of the Heat Exchanger Business is placed.

Background & Skills

To be considered for a position, you will need to have solid experience from a similar position within the specific area of business. Additionally, you will need: 

  • Solid IT user competences from business area relevant systems and preferably from Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta2009) that is currently used as ERP system
  • A keen process understanding of business processes
  • Good experience within the specific area of business
  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
