Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for an IoT Solutions & Product Architect. If you are a Software or Solutions Architect with a hands-on approach, or maybe an experienced Software Developer who is aspiring for and ready for stepping into an Architect role, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Job Responsibilities

As part of the System and Platform team you define the overall architecture that combines IoT devices such as room sensors connected via gateways to Cloud and App. You will among others be working with integrating 3pty Cloud solutions, voice and billing technologies.  Your primary job responsibilities will be to:

  • Secure effective re-use across product families through common platforms and modules
  • Conduct design and architecture platforms and share this knowledge across teams and partners
  • Define and direct technical clarifications of future solutions

Background & Skills

To be considered for this position, you should hold at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Software or similar. You might already be working within the solution/architecture field, or you could also have at least 3-5 years of experience as a (Lead) Software Developer with a clear aspiration and potential to grow into the Architect role.

Last but not least, you need to be a skilled communicator and be proficient in verbal and written English.

 

Furthermore, you are highly skilled and experienced in the following systems, tools and technologies:

 

  • IoT Security i.e. secure connection from embedded devices to Cloud, Cloud-to-Cloud and Cloud to App  
  • MQTT and Telemetrics
  • Various Azure, AWS and Google cloud functions
