Job Responsibilities

 

If you take the challenge as our Senior Software Engineer, you will be deeply involved in all phases of our projects. You will be developing software solutions including embedded software and control design for our power electronic converter products. We follow Agile working methods and latest technologies. You will be working in close collaboration with other team members, executed by internal and external teams located globally.
The focus of the work will be in customer projects (OEM). Main tasks will be defined based on the successful candidate’s experience and aspirations. 

 

Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be:


•    Software design and development for our power converter products
•    Developing software and system tests, testing, and test result reporting
•    Software requirement handling, refining, and prioritization

 

In addition, we see experience in power electronic converters and control design and development for them as an advantage.

We expect you to be positive and to take ownership of your work. You should thrive working with different cultures, mindsets, backgrounds and in a fast-paced environment.

 

Furthermore, you have:

 

•    You hold a background in information technology or electrical engineering. We are expecting you to have at least five years of relevant experience together with a master’s degree in appropriate field, preferably combined with experience from similar position(s).
•    Solid programming skills
•    Experience of working and developing using Agile methods, eg. Scrum
•    Experience of development in C and/or C++
•    Experience with software work tracking tools (Azure DevOps or TFS preferred) and source code version control with Git
•    Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
