Job Description

As a part of Danfoss’ digital transformation journey, we want to further strengthen our focus on process Automation. Therefore, we’re looking for a Lead Consultant-Sales Process Automation to drive our process automation activities to ensure project progress, continuous improvement of solution and to facilitate our global user community. 

The perfect candidate has extensive process automation experience and has good business process knowledge and understanding. You have good analytical skills and are motivated by teamwork in a global business environment. You will be a part of the international Digital Customer Experience team with more than 100 colleagues from all over the world, where we develop, support and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss. Job Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborating with a broad team of business and IT colleagues
  • Participating in setting the direction and target for the automation experience and adoption
  • Participating in projects to design, build and test new automated processes
  • Driving further adoption of the automation solution across Danfoss
  • Collaborating with regional SMEs on continuous improvement activities
  • Ensuring progress on implementation activities
  • Hosting and facilitating community of global and regional Automation SMEs
  • Facilitating knowledge gathering and drive best practice sharing
  • Supporting, training and empowerment of SMEs
  • Leading the RPA offering to customers
  • Leading other RPA consultants

Background & Skills

 

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or another related field
  • At least 5 years proven experience with a process automation platform.
  • Experience in connecting IT and business processes
  • Experience in digitalization of business processes and intelligent automation
  • Experience and/or good understanding of RPA solution architecture is an advantage
  • Experience in process modelling is a must
  • Experience  in automating sales processes (for example order management) is an advantage
  • SAP Sales & Distribution experience with good technical and integration knowledge.
  • Good analytical skills and well organized
  • Cross-cultural understanding and value teamwork
  • All Communication will be in English, so good communication and English language skills (written and verbal) is required.

We appreciate the following certificates:

  • Certification as business analyst in one or several of leading automation RPA software (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc)
  • Certification as business analyst for process mining preferred
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Certification in Agile, Scale Agile, others (SAFe)
