Job Description
Danfoss has an exciting opportunity to work as a BU Controller! This role will manage, control and analyze financial development for the BU and assess financial risks. It will also provide guidance to plant controllers globally and act as an integrated business partner in the BU leadership team
Job Responsibilities
- Being an active business partner that have significant impact on business decisions and the decision making process
- Accuracy of financial information in P&L & Balance Sheet
- Compliance with corporate and segment policies, process, and procedures in the BU financial development
- Achieving of financial targets agreed in budgets, forecasts. Show action plans and financial scenarios as needed
- Pro-active development of global controlling organization
- Creation and implementation of processes in a highly growing business
Background & Skills
- Master or Bachelor degree in Finance or similar is mandatory. Any other certification in finance and accounting will be highly valued
- 3+ years in international manufacturing corporation
- Structuring and building up processes
- Being active business partner
- Thriving for improvements
- Communication skills to work with the different departments on improving results, understanding gaps and helping to close gaps
- Work in international environment
Compensation Data
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $109,000-$125,000/year. Base salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
