Job Description

EDITRON is looking for a Continuous Improvement Expert to facilitate, support and drive continuous improvement activities through the entire process chain. You will act as a partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders to ensure optimizing quality, delivery, cost, motivation and cash flow, along the entire value chain. It will be your responsibility to foster a culture of sustainable change by applying LEAN and SIX SIGMA methodology creating impact across all KPI’s delivering world class products to customers every time. As part of a global network, you will search and share best practice proactively. 

Background & Skills

To be considered for this position; we focus on the following skillset:

  • Bachelor's degree within Engineering, Business or similar
  • Experience and excellent understanding Lean Manufacturing philosophy, tools and methods
  • Managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to take accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to connect with and coach and train people at all levels.
  • Ability to get things done and build momentum.
  • Green / Black Belt preferred.
