We are seeking a self-driven Product Specialist for our Loves Park, IL site. The Product Specialist position is responsible for development and maintenance of product tools, process, and data for the full product lifecycle.  

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and supply chain
  • Administration of department websites and SharePoints
  • Creation of part numbers and bill of materials for products
  • Creation of product and project reports
  • Administration of product pricing
  • Lifecycle management of product documentation
  • Administration of purchase orders
  • Product process superuser and facilitator
  • Product documentation compliance management

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • AS/AA degree or 1 year relevant experience
  • Experienced at analyzing customer needs and defining solutions
  • Must have outstanding customer communication skills.
  • Strong team player – enjoys working with others.
  • Innovative style and approach to problem solving.
  • Highly motivated with strong sense of urgency.
