Job Description

Within the SER Italian HR Team, reporting directly to the Head of HR Italy, Danfoss is looking for a skilled and proactive HR Administrative Specialist to be based in our plant in Merano (BZ), Italy (1 year FTC).

Job Responsibilities

  • Give Global support on HR Administration (Payroll, Trainings, Internal Commuication) for local management teams and employees making a sustainable impact in developing and leading best in class HR Operations experience.
  • Ensure effective use of the Danfoss Group HR Processes
  • Advise and support local teams and individuals on all HR-Operations related issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with either relevant global-Regional-country HR Operations policies during day to day activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure HR Operations topics implementation effectively.
  • Cooperate and support with HR Generalist and HR Country Director and HR Operations Team to ensure effective joint delivery of HR services to the assigned organizations
  • Drive HR projects which contribute to reach the HR Operations objectives.

  • Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability as a problem solver.
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted initiatives in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
  • High level of integrity and credibility and the ability to forge positive, professional relationships through the use of tact, diplomacy and discretion.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Ability to support continuous improvement changes
  • Relevant master’s degree with a minimum 1 year experience in same role
  • Good working knowledge of Italian labor law and practices
  • Good knowledge and understanding of operational HR and of all HR processes.
  • A strong command of both English and German and Italian
  • Available to travel within Danfoss Italian branches on frequent and regular basis
