Job Description
Responsible for failure analysis of returned parts and prepare analysis report.
Maintains failure data and measurement equipment.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Analyses returned parts from Chinese market and provides detailed failure reports based on our quality system
- Provides and works out technical proposals to eliminate customer product failure
- Maintains failure data base (Q-system)
- Communicates within the FAC team to share experience
- Maintains measurement equipment
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- University degree in power electronics or drive technology
- At least 2 years of experience in power electronic application or failure analysis
- Good knowledge of power electronic devices like IGBT, MOSFET, thyristor, diode
- Experienced in handling of test equipment like oscilloscope, microscope and curve tracer
- Detailed working style
- Familiar with excel and power point
- Fluent in written English and Mandarin Chinese
