Job Description
Danfoss Hydraulics Division is currently seeking a Production Operator to join our 1st shift team. This position is based at our Newbern, TN facility. In this position, you will have an opportunity to work in different areas throughout the plant doing a variety of production operator tasks including operating equipment.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Be responsible for learning a variety of tasks in the production of Newbern’s products
- Complete tasks within Rubber Manufacturing, Supply Manufacturing, and Finish Manufacturing

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
