Own a solid product foundation. Shape the next wave of innovation.
As the Product Manager for Control Valves, you will lead a product area that truly spans two horizons. On one side, you’ll steward a portfolio of mature, trusted products that perform strongly in the market and form the backbone of our offering. On the other, you’ll contribute to some of the most exciting, cutting-edge innovation work happening in our business—where new technologies, new applications, and new customer needs are paving the way for future growth.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both: optimizing what works well today, while helping shape what the future of flow control could look like.

- Direct involvement in high-potential, forward-looking innovation, where new concepts and technologies are rapidly evolving.
- The opportunity to influence how a mature product area develops, while helping define the next generation of valve solutions.
- A mix of operational clarity and strategic creativity—ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and exploration.
A role where your insights directly drive portfolio direction, competitiveness, and long-term business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive the strategy for the full Control Valves portfolio, ensuring both strong performance today and future readiness.
- Develop a clear roadmap that balances continuous improvement of mature products with involvement in advanced innovation pathways.
- Use customer and market insights to identify opportunities for differentiation, new features, and expanded applications.
- Lead lifecycle management to keep the portfolio optimized, relevant, and competitive throughout its evolution.
- Support innovation projects by providing product direction, market validation, and commercial input to R&D and adjacent teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution, aligned priorities, and sound product decisions.
- Analyze product performance, cost structures, and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
- Represent the product area in internal discussions, providing data-driven insight and a clear, forward-looking perspective.

- Experience in product management or a similar commercial–technical role within industrial products, HVAC/R, mechanical systems, or related fields.
- Strong analytical abilities and a structured approach to balancing mature products with future-focused development efforts.
- A good understanding of how product performance, market needs, and customer behavior translate into product requirements.
- Experience working cross-functionally and translating product strategy into clear direction for R&D, Sales, and Marketing.
- Confidence in building business cases, evaluating opportunities, and supporting investment decisions.
- A proactive, curious, and improvement-minded approach—comfortable navigating both stable product areas and innovative, evolving technologies.
- A relevant engineering or technical background combined with strong commercial understanding.
