As Director Product Management – Electronic Solutions, your leadership will set the pace and direction for how we develop, position, and deliver our electronic controllers and electric valve solutions across the global Cooling industry. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to lead people, inspire collaboration, and align diverse stakeholders will be just as important as your product expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide clear leadership and direction to the Electronic Solutions team, ensuring strong engagement, growth, and accountability.
  • Own the full electronic product portfolio and lead strategic decision-making across financial performance, product lifecycle, and long-term positioning.
  • Act as the key orchestrator across the business—building strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to drive an aligned roadmap.
  • Bring clarity and structure to cross-functional collaboration, ensuring speed, transparency, and shared priorities.
  • Apply strong customer and market insights to guide strategic discussions and support fact-based decision-making.
  • Steer strategic cost-reduction initiatives and portfolio optimization efforts in collaboration with finance and operations.
  • Spot and champion adjacent and system-level opportunities that strengthen our overall Cooling value proposition.
  • Represent Electronic Solutions in key stakeholder forums, ensuring the portfolio direction is understood, supported, and executed.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or sales development, ideally within electronics, HVAC/R, industrial automation, or similar technical fields.
  • Proven experience leading teams—building engagement, developing talent, and creating clarity in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership: you know how to influence, challenge, communicate, and align across functions and seniority levels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to transform insights into direction and drive cross-functional execution.
  • Experience working in global organizations and navigating matrix structures with confidence.
  • Solid financial acumen, including P&L ownership and business case development.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to represent the business externally.
  • An engineering or technical degree is preferred; business education such as an MBA is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working is a plus.
